A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an indictment against the following person:
- Dino Pečenković aka “Pečo”, born in 1991 in Bihać, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
According to the allegations in the indictment, the accused is charged with disobeying the orders issued by SIPA police officers, on 14 February this year, while driving an Audi car, and attacking a police officer when the latter was in the process of depriving the criminal offender of his freedom, in the parking lot of a shopping center in the municipality of Bihać. Namely, he attacked the said officer by driving a car at him, but the police officer managed to avoid being hit by the vehicle.
The aforementioned accused person is charged with having attacked an official person in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina who was performing the tasks related to security in Bosnia and Herzegovina, whereby this accused person committed the criminal offense of Attack against the Official Person on Tasks of Security, Detection and Apprehension of Perpetrators of Criminal Offenses, referred to in Article 241b, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment has been forwarded to, and confirmed by, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
