A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against:
1. Sead Kukuljac, born in 1974 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH, previously convicted by the judicial institutions of the Kingdom of Sweden,
2. Sead Muslić, born in 1966 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH.
The defendant Kukuljac is charged with having organised a group for the purpose of international sale, transfer and delivery of the narcotic drug Cannabis Sativa from Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that with the accused Muslić as a member of the group, he took part in taking over a large amount of narcotic drugs that were smuggled from the territory of Montenegro to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The narcotic drugs in the amount of about 12.7 kilos were discovered and seized from the accused in a police operation in the area of Sarajevo on 20 May this year.
The defendants are accused of having committed criminal acts of organised crime under Article 250 and illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs in violation of Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The prosecution is going to prove the accusations by calling 4 experts, 19 witnesses, as well as by submitting dozens of material evidence.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which confirmed it.
