ORGANIZED CRIME SUSPECT EXTRADITED FROM SERBIA TO THE JUDICIARY OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

At the Rača border crossing police officers of the Judicial Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, took over the suspect Vladan Pejušić (also known as Mirko Vukmirović), born in 1987, from their colleagues from Serbia, and transported him to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

 

 

 

ORGANIZED CRIME SUSPECT EXTRADITED FROM SERBIA TO THE JUDICIARY OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

After being brought, the suspect will be handed over to the assigned prosecutor, who will question the suspect and send a motion to the Court to activate the detention measure, which was determined by issuing a warrant.

 

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has been looking for the suspect for a long time, and he is suspected of belonging to organized crime structures that operated in the area of East Sarajevo and BiH.

 

 

 

The suspect is linked to some of the unsolved murders in East Sarajevo, as well as cooperation with members of organized criminal groups in the region, connected to a number of criminal offenses.

 

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, together with partner institutions and agencies in BiH and abroad, continues the investigation in this case.
