INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment against: 1. Miloš Nikolić, born in 1993 in the municipality of Sokolac, suspended police officer of the DCPB BiH, citizen of BiH 2. Miroslav Lovrić, born in 1983 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina 3. Dalibor Lugonja, born in 1980 in Sarajevo, with previous convictions, citizen of BiH 4. Jasmin Hodo, born in 1996 in Sarajevo, with previous convictions, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

 The accused Nikolić is charged with associating a group of persons for the purpose of international sale of narcotic drugs. The group was joined by the accused Lovrić, Lugonja and Hodo. The aforementioned group sold 5 kg of the narcotic drug Speed in the area of Sarajevo to persons from the Republic of Croatia. After that, the accused Nikolić alone sold 10 kg of the narcotic drug Speed to the same persons in the area of Gradiška, all for the amount of around Euro 16,000 and BAM 8,000 KM. The accused Nikolić was an employee of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina under suspension at the time of the commission of the aforementioned criminal offense.

The accused are charged with having committed the criminal offenses of Associating for the Purpose of Perpetrating Criminal Offences under Article 249 of the Criminal Code of BiH and Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH. Seizure of illegally acquired property gains from the accused parties was also proposed.

 

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH, which confirmed it.
