THE ACCUSED NEDIM BUKVIĆ ADMITTED GUILT FOR THE ATTACK ON AUTHORIZED OFFICIALS OF THE STATE INVESTIGATION AND PROTECTION AGENCY (SIPA) DURING DEPRIVATION OF LIBERTY

The accused Nedim Bukvić (1986) pleaded guilty by agreement, after which he was sentenced by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to a prison sentence of 6 (six) months.

He was declared guilty of the criminal offense - Attack against Official Persons on Tasks of Security, Detection and Apprehension of Perpetrators of Criminal Offences referred to in Article 241b paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for which he was charged by the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The accused pleaded guilty to the fact that on 21 December 2020 in the parking area of the shopping center located in the area of Kraševo-Jelah in the municipality of Tešanj, while driving a Skoda vehicle, he disobeyed the orders issued by SIPA police officers.

On that occasion, police officers were engaged in the activities of depriving the perpetrator of criminal offenses of his liberty and the aforementioned Bukvić. The accused attacked the officials by running a vehicle at them and inflicting physical injuries.

Following the consideration of the agreement, the Court accepted it and the defendant was sentenced to the above-mentioned sentence.
