INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY
07.11.2022. 13:07A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Ena Šukalo, born in 1992 in Sarajevo, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The accused is charged with having committed the criminal offense by way of purchasing a mobile phone in a facility in Istočno Novo Sarajevo with 20 counterfeit banknotes in denominations of 100 euros each, which she knew were counterfeit, thereby causing damage to the owner in the amount of 2,000 euros.
The accused is charged with putting counterfeit money into circulation as genuine thereby committing the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.The indictment was forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
