SUSPECT IN THE CASE CODENAMED STORAGE SURRENDERED TO THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH
03.10.2022. 14:14Suspect Predrag Petković, born in 1987, a person who was sought by an international arrest warrant and suspected of several criminal offenses, surrendered to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office in the presence of an attorney after several months on the run.
The aforementioned suspect is under investigation in the case codenamed Storage, which is connected to the Sky and Anom applications, as one of the organizers of an organized criminal group from the area of Gradiška and other places. He is suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime in conjunction with the Illicit Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Illicit Trafficking in Arms and Military Equipment and Products of Dual Use, and the criminal offense of Aggravated Theft.
It is a case of Organized Crime, which is connected with international trafficking in narcotic drugs and other criminal offenses, in which the Prosecutor’s Office, in cooperation with partner institutions in BiH, the countries of the region, the EU and the world, is conducting an investigation against a group that operated in the territory of BiH and abroad.The suspect was unavailable to the judiciary of Bosnia and Herzegovina for a long time and was sought through an international arrest warrant.
After questioning the suspect, the Assigned Prosecutor will make a decision on further activities in the case.
