INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR TAX EVASION, BIH BUDGET DAMAGED FOR 23,869 BAM
18.08.2022. 15:18A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Saša Nikolić, born in 1978 in Derventa, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment lists that Saša Nikolić has, in his capacity of a person authorized to represent the legal entity Baumont d.o.o. Banja Luka, with the aim of avoiding the payment of duties prescribed by the tax legislation of BiH and for the purpose of obtaining illegal property gain, failed to calculate the realized turnover in the period of April 2018 and did not show the corresponding output VAT in the monthly tax return in the amount of 23,869.37 BAM, the amount of damages caused to BiH budget.
The accused is charged with having committed the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210, paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.The indictment was forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
