CUSTODY MOTION FOR THREE SUSPECTS IN THE OPERATION CODENAMED “CUT”

After interviewing the suspects in the presence of their lawyers, the prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH in charge of the case will send a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order impose custody on all three suspects deprived of their freedom in the operation codenamed “Rez” /Cut/.

The custody measure is necessary to ensure the unhindered continuation and completion of the investigation in this case for organised crime.

The custody motion will be sent to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the time limit set by law.
