INDICTMENT FILED FOR ILLEGAL STORAGE OF UNAUTHORISED STORAGE OF GOODS

A prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Ahmet Velić, born in 1980 in Zenica, a citizen of BiH.

According to the indictment, the accused is charged with unauthorised storage of a large quantity of cigarettes of various brands and manufacturers, which are subject to tax under the tax legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the premises in the area of Zenica that are not registered for this purpose in accordance with law.

During the search, authorised officers found and seized a certain amount of cut tobacco and non-factory made cigarettes, as well as 13,318 packs of cigarettes of various brands and manufacturers, with a market value of tens of thousands of BAM.

The Accused Velić is charged with the criminal offense of Unauthorised Storage of Goods under Article 210b (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
