ACCUSED DANIEL DUSPER ENTERS GUILTY PLEA AGREEMENT AND IS SENTENCED TO PRISON TERM

The accused Danijel Dusper (1990) entered a guilty plea agreement, after which he was sentenced by the Court of BiH to one year in prison.

He was found guilty of the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Arms and Military Equipment, and Products of Dual Use under Article 193 (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.

It is alleged against the accused that he sold mines, explosives and other military equipment for a certain amount of money in the area of Gabela, Municipality of Čapljina, on three occasions and that he kept a larger quantity of the aforementioned arms in a VW Passat Caravan vehicle with BiH license plates without permits prescribed by the laws of BiH, with an intention to export them to the Republic of Croatia.

After considering the agreement, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina accepted the agreement and sentenced the accused.
