Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Prosecutors assigned to work on the aforementioned cases met with representatives of the families of the injured parties, Muriz Memić and Davor Dragičević, as well as with their legal representative.
Furthermore, the representatives of the injured parties were informed about the conclusion reached at the recent meeting of the Coordinating Body of Prosecutors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to which all activities related to the case of the death of Dženan Memić are to be processed at the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At this meeting, the injured parties were informed that the above-mentioned cases were defined as priorities in the work of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and they were also presented with the steps and activities that had been undertaken so far in the respective cases, as well as with the particular segment that the future activities will be focused on.
Furthermore, the meeting noted that all institutions must provide the families of the injured parties with adequate protection of their safety, which is the task and obligation of all competent institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
