After questioning the suspect, the acting Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH sent a motion to the Court of BiH to order custody for the suspect deprived of freedom in the operation of the State Investigation and Protection Agency of BiH carried out on orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
A motion to order custody has been proposed for suspect Goran Radić, born in 1977 in Gračanica, citizen of BiH.
The custody measure was proposed for the reasons described in Article 132 (1) (b) and c), that is, due to the risk that the suspect might obstruct the investigation, conceal evidence and influence witnesses or accomplices, and commit a criminal offence again or complete the initiated one.
The suspect is under investigation due to a grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence of Organised Crime in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Arms and Military Equipment and Products of Dual Use under the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is continuing its intensive investigation in this case.
