ON ORDER OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH OPERATION CARRIED OUT IN THE CASE FOR ILLICIT INTERNATIONAL TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS
14.04.2022. 11:05Police officers of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior are acting on the orders of a prosecutor from the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and are depriving the suspects of their freedom and searching them in the Sarajevo area and its surroundings.
The suspects are under investigation and are suspected of illegally producing the narcotic drugs speed and marijuana in the Sarajevo area, for which they smuggled the necessary raw materials from the neighbouring countries and then distributed large quantities of the narcotic drugs on the illegal drug market in Bosnia and Herzegovina and thus acquired illegal property gain.
Significant international cooperation has been achieved in this case, which includes the obtaining of communications through Internet applications.Once the necessary activities have been carried out, the prosecutor working on the case will decide on further activities.
