BY ORDER OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH, POLICE OPERATION IS BEING CONDUCTED IN THE “BOSNALIJEK” CASE
06.12.2021. 09:54Acting on the order of the Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, SIPA officers are arresting suspects and searching facilities and premises in several cities in BiH as part of the investigation into multimillion corruption crimes.
The activities are carried out as part of an extensive investigation into the criminal offenses of organized crime, money laundering, abuse of office or official authority, financial crime, within which illegal property gain in the amount of several million has been recorded.
Within the case, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and partner police agencies conducted a long-term investigation in which international cooperation was established with partner institutions of several countries.Following the deprivation of liberty and searches, the suspects will be handed over to the Assigned Prosecutor, who will make a decision on further activities
