Custody measure has been requested due to non-compliance with the prohibiting measures imposed on the suspect by the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has submitted a request with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to revoke the prohibiting measures and order custody to the suspect Osman Mehmedagić.
While working on this case, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina obtained information and evidence that, in the past period, the suspect Mehmedagić had travelled, communicated and stayed abroad on vacation with a person listed as a witness in the case, to whom, pursuant to the imposed prohibiting measures, the suspect is not allowed to come closer than 50 meters.
The aforementioned custody has been requested in order to register the violation of the imposed prohibiting measures.
The submission has been sent to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
