SUSPECT JASMIN MULAHUSIĆ (1976) HANDED OVER TO JURISDICTION OF BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

The suspect Mulahusić was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he was questioned in the capacity of a suspect, as part of an investigation conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to the collected data, the aforementioned suspect has been in the focus of interest of the security services of foreign countries, and he is linked with persons close to the ‘Al Qaeda’ terrorist organization and other terrorist organizations.

These are very complex investigative activities, which go beyond the issues of state security of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Given that certain political subjects in Bosnia and Herzegovina are trying to relativize the issue of the suspect’s arrest, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina calls on them to refrain from behaving inappropriately and putting open pressures on the judiciary, which could have detrimental consequences for Bosnia and Herzegovina’s international reputation in the field of security and countering terrorism.

The aforementioned suspect has also been registered by the investigative authorities of other countries, which is the result of joint work in the fight against international terrorist activities.
