BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE APPEALS DECISION ON NON-EXTENSION OF CUSTODY FOR SUSPECTS IN ZIJAD MUTAP ET AL. CASE

An Appeal was filed in relation to all five suspects.

Within the legally prescribed time limit, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed an Appeal against the Decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina not to extend custody for the suspects in this case.

The said Appeal has been filed together with a proposal to revise the Decision and extend the custody for the suspects.

The Appeal has been filed due to the state of facts being erroneously and incompletely established in relation to the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Appeal covers all five suspects and it has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
