CASE PROSECUTOR INTERVIEWS SUSPECTS IN CASE OF BIH AMERICAN UNIVERSITY DIPLOMAS

A motion to order custody for two persons and prohibitive measures for one person will be sent.

The suspects were handed over to the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, where they were interviewed by the case prosecutor within the legal deadline in the case related to the issuance of university diplomas by the American University in BiH.

The ordering of a custody measure will be requested in respect of two suspects and the ordering of prohibitive measures in respect of one suspect.

These measures will be proposed to ensure the unhindered conducting of investigative actions in this case.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, together with partner institutions and agencies, is continuing the investigation in this case.
