DUTY PROSECUTOR INFORMED OF THE DISCOVERY OF A GROUP OF SEVEN ILLEGAL MIGRANTS AT THE HALILOVIĆI CUSTOMS TERMINAL

After receiving the information, the prosecutor gave police officers instructions for further actions in the case.

Acting within their 24-hour duty, the prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH received information from the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior about the discovery of a group of seven illegal migrants, who were found in a truck at the customs terminal in Halilovići.

The prosecutor gave instructions to the police officers regarding further actions in gathering information about the said event, and the migrants will be handed over to the Service for Foreigners Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina for further procedure.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, together with partner police and security agencies, takes activities on a daily basis in the field of processing criminal offences related to illegal migration in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
