BY ORDER OF BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE, DOCUMENTATION IN POSSESSION OF CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION INSPECTED AND REVIEWED

An investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and investigators of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA were conducting activities in the field and inspecting and reviewing documentation in the warehouse of the Central Election Commission (CEC) in East Sarajevo, pursuant to an order issued by the Prosecutor in charge of this case.

Acting on an order of a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and investigators of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA reviewed the documentation in the warehouse of the Central Election Commission (CEC) in East Sarajevo. The activities were carried out with prior notice and as part of a case conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office, on the basis of reports filed by persons from the Teslić area and in regard to the alleged irregularities in the CEC’s conduct when voting by mail at the local elections in the Teslić area.

After reviewing the documentation, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will decide on further actions.
