DUTY PROSECUTOR OF PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH ORDERS INVESTIGATIONS AND INVESTIGATIVE ACTIONS REGARDING THE DISAPPEARANCE OF WEAPONS IN PAZARIĆ BARRACKS

After receiving information about the disappearance of weapons from the barracks, an order was issued to the State Investigation and Protection Agency-SIPA to conduct an on-site investigation and take necessary investigative actions in cooperation with the competent services of the Armed Forces of BiH with the aim of finding the perpetrators.

The duty prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, after receiving information from the Armed Forces of BiH that there was a violent burglary of a facility in the barracks in Pazarić and the disappearance of a number of official weapons of the Armed Forces of BiH, sent an order to SIPA to conduct an investigation and other necessary investigative actions, with the aim of discovering and finding the perpetrators.

Once all actions have been completed, a report on the actions taken and the facts established will be submitted to the prosecution.
