The accused Armin Isović, born in 1992 in Sarajevo, is charged with illicit trade in more than 3200 packs of cigarettes without appropriate excise stamps that are prescribed by the tax legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against the following person:
- Armin Isović, born in 1992 in Sarajevo, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This accused person is charged with transporting more than 3200 packs of cigarettes of various brands and types, which were not marked with the appropriate control and tax stamps as prescribed by the tax legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. While ha was driving a motor vehicle with the said cigarettes, the accused was detected by the traffic police in Sarajevo, in September this year, during its regular control.
The seized cigarettes reach the price of more than 15000 BAM on the illegal tobacco market.
The aforementioned accused person is charged with having committed the criminal offence of Illicit Trade in Excise Products, referred to in Article 210a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
