Given the current situation concerning the prevention and protection against the spread of the Corona virus COVID-19, the Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić established a Coordination Team of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is sitting in a permanent and continuous session.

The instructions issued so far will be supplemented immediately after the decisions of the Council of Ministers of BiH and other relevant institutions have been adopted. The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will  undertake activities in order to pass appropriate decisions and instructions, of which you will be informed.
