CHIEF PROSECUTOR OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH MET WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE IRMCT OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTOR

The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gordana Tadić and associates met with representatives of the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT), legal officers Najwa Nabti and Abeer Hasan at the premises of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. 

Meeting participants discussed the continuation of the long-standing cooperation between the two institutions and capacity building.

The discussion focused on the organization of advanced training courses, including a peer-to-peer workshop on prosecution of sexual violence in war crimes cases.

Representatives of the two institutions emphasized their commitment to successful continued cooperation, capacity building and exchange of experiences
