MOTION FOR ORDERING DANEL RAJKOVIĆ (1981) INTO CUSTODY

The ordering of custody has been moved because of the risk that the suspect, if at large, might obstruct the investigation, conceal evidence, influence witnesses or accomplice and commit a new criminal offence or complete the initiated one.

After questioning the suspect, the case prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will submit to the Court of BiH a motion for ordering the following person into custody:

-      Danel Rajković, born in 1981 in Mostar, residing in Gacko.

The custody measure has been moved for the reasons described in Article 132 (1) (b) (c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH, that is, because of the danger that he, if at large, might obstruct the investigation, conceal evidence, influence witnesses or accomplices and commit a new criminal offence or complete the initiated one.

Suspect Danel Rajković is under investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and is suspected of the criminal offence of Provoking Ethnic, Racial and Religious Hatred, Discord and Intolerance under Article 145a of the Criminal Code of BiH.
