During the meeting, there were discussions about the activities aimed at the strengthening of prosecutorial capacities and exchange of experience with prosecutorial experts from France specialized in the area of fight against financial crime, corruption and in other areas of criminal justice.
Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Gordana Tadić and her associates have met with the officials of the EU4JUSTICE Project, which is being implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina by the organization for international cooperation - GIP Justice Coopération Internationale (JCI).
The delegation was headed by Ms. Isabelle Arnal, EU4JUSTICE Team Leader, and Mr. Bernard Rabatel, former high-ranking officer of the French Prosecutor’s Office and expert with almost forty (40) years of experience in working with prosecutor’s offices and in the area of criminal justice.
During the meeting, there were discussions about the international cooperation and exchange of experience as part of the EU4JUSTICE Project which is dedicated to the strengthening of prosecutorial capacities and improvement of criminal investigations.
This Project has hired international experts with exceptional practical experience in fighting financial crime, organized crime, economic crime, corruption and in the international cooperation of judicial institutions.
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is involved in several projects dedicated to the exchange of experience pertaining to the strengthening of prosecutorial capacities and international cooperation with the EU institutions.
