INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR WAR CRIME IN ZVORNIK AREA

Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes has issued an Indictment against the following person:

- Dušan Spasojević, born in 1954 in Zvornik.

The accused is charged with the commission of the war crime against a Bosniak victim in the village of Jusići, in May of 1992, while he was a member of the Territorial Defence of the Serbian Municipality of Zvornik.

The accused is charged with the commission of the criminal offence of War Crimes against Civilians, as referred to in Article 173 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.  

The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
