INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST GORAN SALIHOVIĆ(1959)

A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment against:

- Goran Salihović, born in 1959 in Tuzla, former Chief  Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

The accused is charged with having committed an extended criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority referred to in Article 220 (3) in conjunction with (1) of the CC BiH.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
