AFTER THE COMMEMORATION IN BANJA LUKA, MILORAD BARAŠIN, PROSECUTOR OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE, WAS BURIED IN SRBAC, HIS HOMETOWN

 Several hundred people, citizens, friends, colleagues, representatives of cultural, sports and public life, and senior officials from both state-level and entity judicial and other institutions attended the commemoration and funeral together with the Barašin family.

 On 30 July, 2018, in Banski Dvori in Banja Luka, a commemoration was held for the deceased Milorad Barašin, Prosecutor of the Prosecutor`s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the commemoration, Gordana Tadić, Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor`s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was one of the speakers who addressed the audience and stressed that her colleague Barašin had been a great man, professional and colleague, whom the Prosecutor`s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina would always remember with pride. On the same day, Milorad Barašin was buried in his hometown Srbac, in the presence of hundreds of people. Milorad Barašin has worked in the Prosecutor`s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2007, at the positions of a Prosecutor, Deputy Chief Prosecutor, Head of the Special Department for War Crimes, Acting Chief Prosecutor, and Chief Prosecutor. The staff of the Prosecutor`s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will remember Prosecutor Milorad Barašin with great pride and respect.
