Having questioned the suspect, Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking the measure of custody to be ordered against the suspect Mario Vuletić, born in 1971 in Metković, in the Republic of Croatia, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia.
The suspect is charged with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195, Paragraph 2, in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The measure of custody for a term of one month has been proposed against the suspect for the reasons set forth in Article 132, items a) and b) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely, due to the risk of flight and the danger that, if at large, the suspect might hinder the inquiry, conceal evidence and influence witnesses or accessories. The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina continues its intensive investigation into this case.
