ACTING CHIEF PROSECUTOR AND DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AGENCY OF BIH HELD A MEETING

The central topic of the meeting was the cooperation of the two institutions on prevention, detection and prosecution of criminal offenses and illegalities in the area of public procurement.

Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH - Gordana Tadić, along with Prosecutors and associates, met with Director of the Public Procurement Agency of BiH- Đenan Salčin and Assistant Director Admir Ćebić.

Prosecutors of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption who worked on cases related to prosecution of illegalities in the segment of public procurement and budgetary expenditure participated in the meeting.

The central topic was the cooperation of the two institutions in order to detect, prevent and prosecute all abuses, illegalities and irregularities found in public procurement processes.

At the meeting the officials of the two institutions agreed on the continuation of good cooperation and intensive communication in the coming period.
