ACTING CHIEF PROSECUTOR MET WITH OFFICIALS OF WINPRO III WITNESS PROTECTION PROJECT

Officials of the WINPRO III project Mr. Chris Albiston, Project Leader and Mark Gilmore, an expert in the project, visited the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and met with the Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Ms. Gordana Tadić.

The issues discussed were the efforts in the witness protection area, as well as activities within the Winpro III project related to strengthening the witness protection capacities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

One of the topics discussed at the meeting were the ways and methods of implementing the Sustainability Strategy for Witness Protection in the Western Balkans.

Prosecutors and staff of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH participated, and will continue to do so, in a number of activities, workshops and specialist trainings within the WINPRO III project.
