INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST GORAN TRIVKOVIĆ (1975) FOR ILLICIT TRADE IN EXCISE PRODUCTS

Prosecutor of Department III of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Goran TRIVKOVIĆ, born in 1975 in Wiener Neustadt, Austria, with prior convictions, a BiH citizen.

The accused is charged with having transported, with the intent of further sale, a large quantity of tobacco which was not marked with control and tax stamps and without documentation of origin, in the trunk of a motor vehicle in the place of Tišina located in the municipality of Šamac, which is contrary to tax legislation of BiH.

Police officers of PS Šamac have controlled him on 17 July 2017 and found 158 kg of cut tobacco.

The accused TRIVKOVIĆ is charged with having committed the criminal offense of Illegal Trade in Excise Products referred to in Article 210a (1) of the CC BiH in conjunction with Article 26 of the same Code.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
