INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST RADOSLAV BOŠNJAK (1971) FOR ILLICIT TRADE OF EXCISE PRODUCTS

Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Radoslav Bošnjak, born in 1971 in Donji Mamići, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia.

The accused is charged with having transported a large quantity of tobacco in the village of Tihaljina - Grude municipality, for which he did not possess any documentation and which was intended for further sale, thus having acted contrary to the prescribed tax legislation of BiH.

During the control and inspection of the motor vehicle performed by the authorized officers of the BiH Border Police on 27 May 2016, 53 kg of leaf tobacco was found.

The accused BOŠNJAK is charged with having committed the criminal offense of Illicit trade in Excise Products under Article 210a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
