PROHIBITING MEASURES requested FOR THE SUSPECT ENES JAHIĆ (1969)

Having examined the suspect, who was arrested at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, the Assigned Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes will submit a motion to the Court of BiH to order prohibiting measures for the suspect Enes Jahić, born in 1969.

The suspect is under investigation for the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity in the area of Konjic and its surrounding area in 1992.

The prohibiting measures to be proposed will refer to prohibition of leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as prohibition of meeting with witnesses and suspects in the case.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has conducted a comprehensive investigation into war crimes committed against Serb victims in the Konjic area during 1992.
