ACTING CHIEF PROSECUTOR OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE MEETS WITH EXPERTS OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE

Ms. Gordana Tadić, Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Mr. Izet Odobašić, Deputy Head of the Special Department for War Crimes, met with the members of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), on the premises of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as part of the Committee’s visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina.  

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina was visited by Mr. Drahoslav Štefanek, Head of the Mission of the Council of Europe to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ms. Caroline Ravaud and Mr. Tiny Kox, members of the Monitoring Team. 

The topics of this meeting were obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina arising from our country’s membership in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), as well as the process of establishment of the rule of law, as part of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s accession to European integrations.
