PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH IS IN POSSESSION OF DOCUMENTS INDICATING TO SURVEILLANCE OF COMMUNICATION OF THE ACTING CHIEF PROSECUTOR GORDANA TADIĆ

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has received documents indicating the conduct of special investigative actions of surveillance of movements of Acting Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić, as well as transcripts of conversations between HJPC Vice-President Ružica Jukić and the Acting Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić.

Given that the text of the conversations is authentic and that the mentioned communication did take place, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will, within the framework of the case on which it is working, conduct detailed checks into legality of the actions undertaken, as well as persons who participated in the said activities.
