Dissatisfied with the acquittal, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has lodged an Appeal to the first-instance Verdict of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the case against Muhamed Marić and others.
Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has lodged an Appeal with the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina against the first-instance Verdict rendered in the case against Muhamed Marić, Nedžad Delić, Aida Delić, Mirsad Omerika, Habiba Kevrić, Majda Korajlić, Đemal Mandžić, and legal persons of TEF d.o.o. /Limited Liability Company/ from Sarajevo and ACTUAL BH d.o.o. /Limited Liability Company/ from Sarajevo.
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina submits that, with the aforementioned Acquittal Verdict, the procedure has been essentially violated and the state of the facts has been incorrectly or incompletely established (Article 299, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The Appeal has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
