DEFENDANT PERO JURIĆ ENTERS INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF TAX EVASION

Defendant Pero Jurić has entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt for the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud, as referred to in Article 210, Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as admitting that the legal person of TIMBERJACK d.o.o. /Limited Liability Company/ Glamoč is responsible for the commission of the same criminal offense as read with Article 124 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

DEFENDANT PERO JURIĆ ENTERS INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF TAX EVASION

Defendant Pero Jurić, born on 12 September 1969 in Bistrica, in the Municipality of Žepče, residing in Glamoč, responsible person in the TIMBERJACK d.o.o. /Limited Liability Company/ Glamoč, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has entered into a Plea Agreement with the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.  

The Prosecutor and the aforementioned accused person agree that, pursuant to this Plea Agreement, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina imposes a suspended sentence upon the accused determining imprisonment for a term of one (1) year for the committed criminal offense, which will not be executed provided that the accused does not commit another criminal offense within the next three (3) years, and with an obligation that the accused pays the sum of BAM 70,094.54 in his own name and in the name of TIMBERJACK legal person, which is the amount of the unlawfully required property gain.

In accordance with this Plea Agreement, both the Prosecutor and the accused person agree that the punishment of the dissolution of a legal person is imposed on the legal person of TIMBERJACK d.o.o. /Limited Liability Company/ Glamoč, pursuant to Article 134 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Prosecutor and the accused person agree that the accused pays the aforementioned amount in six equal monthly installments, and that failing to pay these instalments would result in the revocation of the suspended sentence.

By virtue of signing this Plea Agreement, the accused person has waived his right to a trial and right to appeal to the sentence pronounced against him by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the basis of this Plea Agreement.

This Plea Agreement has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
