Having received the Decision of the Court at 8 AM this morning, the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will lodge an Appeal with this Court within the statutory time limit and appeal the decision to not grant custody against the suspects in the Gibraltar case, and it will request that the measure of custody be ordered.
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will also request ordering of a temporary measure of blockage of the entire property (both movable and immovable, as well as the blockage of accounts) for these suspects for the duration of the proceedings, because confiscation of illegal material gain will also be requested in this case.
