CHIEF PROSECUTOR MET WITH THE POLICE ATTACHÉ OF THE EMBASSY OF ITALY TO DISCUSS INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION PROJECTS TACKLING ORGANIZED CRIME

Chief Prosecutor - Goran Salihović, met with the Police Attaché of the Embassy of Italy in BIH - Mr. Giovanni Santoro and his colleagues tasked with the implementation of international cooperation projects.

A project which will involve activities relating to joint regional and international cooperation in the fight against all forms of organized crime was discussed at the meeting.

Given the importance of regional cooperation in combating cross-border crime as well as the successful realization of joint operations involving several countries, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH supports activities to strengthen regional cooperation and bring Bosnia and Herzegovina closer to European integration.
