PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina hereby informs the public that State Prosecutors have recently been subjected to great media and political pressure. 

Prosecutors working on the cases of ‘Lutka’, ‘Goran Zubac’ and ‘Zijad Turković et al.’ have been under an exceptionally great pressure.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina sends a message to all those who exert such pressure that they do it in vain, for not a single Prosecutor will bypass or protect a perpetrator of a criminal offense.

Citizens and the public of Bosnia and Herzegovina are witnesses to great efforts that Prosecutors and the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina have been investing into the establishment of the rule of law and fight against organized crime, corruption and other criminal offenses.

We will continue working in the interest of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the rule of law, in accordance with the law and for the purpose of European integrations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and no pressures will hinder us.
