INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST FADIL PEZO (1982) FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS

 Prosecutor of the Department III of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against Fadil Pezo, born on 03 February 1982 in Zagreb, in the Republic of Croatia, resident of Zenica, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, charged with the commission of the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights, as referred to in Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST FADIL PEZO (1982) FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS

The Indictment charges Fadil Pezo with using the appropriate computer equipment and other equipment, on the business premises in Zenica, to fix on a material surface and multiply works of authors, books and textbooks of various authors memorized on a hard disc, and at the same time distributing these works of authors, from February to 30 November 2011, all that without the authorization of the respective authors or other holders of copyright, or the person entitled to give such authorization, which is in violation of Article 20 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina (‘Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina’, issue no. 63/10). The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
