A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against Milorad Milošević, born on 25 December 1982 in Bileća, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment charges the accused with participating, after he had become a member of a group involved in the international smuggling of narcotic drugs and in cooperation with persons known to him, in the smuggling of a larger quantity of Marijuana-Skunk narcotic drug, which was smuggled from the territories of Albania and Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He is charged with smuggling around eleven (11) kilograms of Marijuana –Skunk narcotic drug in the fuel tank space of his passenger’s motor vehicle, from Montenegro to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which he should have forwarded to a person in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to the previous arrangements.
He was detected in the commission of this criminal offense, while he was transporting the drug in the direction of Stolac, and when the narcotic drug was discovered in his vehicle by the police officers of the Ministry of the Interior of Republika Srpska, the suspect was deprived of liberty.
Milošević Milorad is charged with becoming a member of a group of people dealing with international trafficking in narcotic drugs with the aim of acquiring illegal material gain, whereby he committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195, Paragraph 2, in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
