INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST DALIBOR SIMETIĆ (1978) FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS

A Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Dalibor Simetić born on June 20, 1978 in Jajce, residing in Gradiška, BiH citizen.

The indictment charges Dalibor Simetić with having acted contrary to Article 34 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights in BIH (’’Official Gazette of BiH’’ no. 07/02); the permission to sell CDs; and the agency agreement, by illegally putting into circulation 2701 DVD and CD on the stand located within the market in Gradiška.

The accused Dalibor Simetić is charged with having put copyrights into circulation, without permission of the author or other copyright holder, thereby committing the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
