Prosecutor of the Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Zoran Đurić, born on 13 August 1977 in Teočak, resident of Zvornik, citizen of BiH.
According to the allegations in the Indictment, on 21 August 2013, at the Orašje Border Crossing between the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, while entering Bosnia and Herzegovina, he unlawfully imported to Bosnia and Herzegovina 106 mobile telephones of various manufacturers in the total value of BAM 15,122.90, in his Fiat passenger’s vehicle with BiH license plates.
In this manner, by avoiding measures of customs control, the accused moved across the customs line goods of larger value, whereby he committed the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods, as referred to in Article 214, Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
