The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ratko Drobnjak, born on April 29, 1993 in Nikšić, where he resides, a citizen of the Republic of Montenegro.
The accused is charged with having illegally transported narcotic drug Cannabis sativa L - Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), a substance declared narcotic drug by regulation thus prohibiting its trafficking in BiH, while entering Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Republic of Montenegro on March 14, 2014 at 1:35 P.M. via IBC "Deleuša" located in the municipality of Bileća in a motor vehicle "Opel Vectra.
During the search carried out by police officers of BPU Trebinje 9.8 kilograms of narcotic drugs were found in possession of the accused.
The accused is charged with having illegally transferred a substance that was declared narcotic drug by regulation across the border, thereby committing the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.
The accused Ratko Drobnjak is in custody.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
