PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH LAUNCHED AN INVESTIGATION FOR FAILURE TO IMPLEMENT THE "SEJDIĆ-FINCI" DECISION OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Failure to implement the decision in question led to the suspension of IPA funds in the amount of 45 million Euros, thereby causing major damages to all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and resulting with resentment of the citizens of our country and the international community.

The Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an order to initiate an investigation against an unidentified perpetrator and is already undertaking certain investigative activities and collecting evidence. The Prosecutor assigned with the case is Oleg Čavka - Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

Failure to implement the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights causes immeasurable damages to the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina; prevents the influx of funds from the European Union, as well as the realization of pre-accession assistance projects of the European Union in our country.

Failure to implement this decision constitutes discrimination against citizens of our country.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH continues its activities in the interest of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and our country's European course.
