Acting on the orders of the Prosecutor of Department III of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and the Court of BiH the authorized officers of SIPA are, in cooperation with members of the Indirect Taxation Authority and with the assistance of the USC Ministry of Interior, carrying out searches of premises in the area of Bihać and Bosanski Petrovac.
Searches are being carried out in order to collect evidence of criminal offense of Unauthorized Storage of Goods under Article 210 b) of the CC BiH and other criminal offenses in the financial crime area. A significant amount of records and computer equipment related to legal persons was seized.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH continues the investigation in this case together with the above-mentioned agencies.
